2. Services and Prices
We offer drone pilot training courses (online and on-site practical training) and professional services in specialised drone technical consultancy. All our prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. The courses included in regulated professional training are also offered. We reserve the right to modify prices, content, and conditions at any time.
3. Service Contracting
The contracting of our services is carried out through this platform. The user must complete the purchase process, make payment, and provide the required information. Once payment is confirmed, access to the training will be granted or the consultancy process will begin, depending on the purchased service.
4. Payment Methods
We accept payments by credit/debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. All payments are processed securely.
5. Cancellations and Returns
The client may withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days, provided they have not accessed the course content or started the consultancy. If the service has already begun, no refund will be issued unless there is a justified reason. To initiate a cancellation, please contact info@vister.es.
6. Data Protection
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can consult our privacy policy to learn how we use and protect your information.
7. Student Responsibility
The student is responsible for ensuring they meet the necessary technical requirements to access online content and attend on-site practical sessions. They also commit to making appropriate use of the training materials and respecting safety rules during drone practice sessions. REMOTE PROJECTS SL will not be held responsible for any incidents resulting from negligent or inappropriate use by the student.
8. Final Certification
Upon completing the course and satisfactorily fulfilling both the online and on-site practical components, the student will receive an accredited certificate issued by VISTER, or the official qualification related to the course, as applicable. These certificates may be used to prove the training received to organisations, companies, or as part of the student’s professional development. The issuance of the certificate is subject to full completion of the training programme.
9. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer’s place of residence.
